Job Description:
1) Work with Project Managers in executing , supervising & assisting in overall Interior fit-out construction from start to finish.
2) Supervising , meeting and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors on scope of work.
3) To arrange necessary site protection, hoarding, signage and safety equipment readiness before construction start.
4) To communicate with Building management on site logistic loading , facilities entry during construction , workers access pass & getting ny form of approval from BM.
5) Reviewing daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures to Project manager.
6) Communicating & assisting the progress report update to the Project Manager.
7) Attending any on-site meetings, joint inspection with consultant / client.
8) Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards & to educate workers on safety measures.
9) Evaluating the performance of construction workers and instituting disciplinary measures as needed & report to PM.
10) Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications as per drawings.
11) Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency & smooth operations & supervisory onsite.
12) Regularly checking inventory and quantity for construction materials is sufficient.
13) Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline & ensure work done is carried out in accordance to the drawings and specifications.
14) Assist & tracking for project materials arrival on time and control storage management on site.
15) Willing to learn & providing hands on solutions with Project Manager during construction progress.
Requirement:
1) Candidate must possess at least SPM, Professional certificate, Architecture or equivalent.
2) Willing to learn Required skill(s): MS office, Microsoft Project Schedule.
3) Willing to learn & assist under PM thru-out construction progress.
4) Required language : Bahasa Malaysia, English,Chinese.
5) Willing to contribute or work for long hours prior for project deliverables.
6) Possess own transport.
7) Interactive and good in communication.
8) Able to handle site independently.
9) Good communication skills, positive working attitude, punctuality with high responsibility, and able to work independently.
10) Good knowledge in Interior Design & Fit-Out construction sequence of works.
11) Self initiative/proactive/committed is needed.
