Objective:- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project schedule.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with superior to provide updates on site progress.
- Responsibilities:
- Supervise renovation projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion.
- Coordinate and schedule work activities of contractors and subcontractors.
- Inspect work progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the renovation process.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Communicate regularly with superior to provide updates on project status.
- Ad-hoc tasks by superior.
- Requirement:
1 year experience in Renovation Project.
Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
The ability to interpret layout drawing.
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Able to travel.
