JOB DESCRIPTION- Experience in road construction.
Managing contruction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines.- Performing regular inspection of the construction site.
Identifying potential safety hazards and managing accordingly.
- Ensure all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment.
Organising work schedule.- Check work techniques are correct and safe.
Managing orders and deliveries of materials.
- Assisting project managers with planning work activities.
Completing site report and other record.- Attending site management meeting.
Oversee, manage, and coordinate construction activities to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time completion in compliance with plans and specifications.- Coordinate and direct subcontractor schedules and activities.
Perform field inspections, analyze progress, and report findings.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, and develop and approve corrective action plans.
Oversee subcontractor compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and programs.- Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, for all project activities.
Maintain professional relationships and build strong, lasting relationships with the project team, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Work in tandem with other department managers to ensure a seamless process.
Support all phases of construction from planning to completion, including subcontractor bidding, design review, and project oversight.- Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, engineers, project stakeholders.
