- Position: Site Supervisor
Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Minimum a Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of construction procedures and project management principles.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
