Site Supervisor Civil & Structural

Responsibilities:

To arrange day works for general workers and supervise workers to ensure that they carried out the works as required

To take charge of housekeeping and cleanliness of the site

To verify and check all incoming and outgoing materials, tools & equipment

To coordinate with sub-contractors regarding work progress and quality of work

To control material wastage at site

To check steel bar and formwork before casting, and monitor concrete work

To coordinate with Clerk-of -Work for inspection, work discrepancies and work progress etc.

To attend to weekly site meeting with Project Manager, Site Agent, Sub-contractors, and Clerk-of-Work

Requirements:

Minimum SPM, Certificate / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 2-3 years working experience in high rise building with main contractor

Able to work independently, possess initiative and responsible

Able to work under pressure with least supervision

With experience as Civil & Structural work supervisor

Willing to reallocate anywhere within Malaysia

Possess positive attitude and passion in work
