Assist Project Manager to supervise and coordinate construction works on the project at site.
- Carry out structural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation including preparing project timeframe.
- Supervise, monitor and control daily works at project site including recording, monitoring, reporting and quality assurance of all installation.
- To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the requirement, specifications and installation plans.
- Close coordination of work with both internal (project team) and external parties (client, regulatory bodies and etc.)
- Coordinate, supervise, monitor and inspect sub-con's activities at project sites on project progress, deliverables and timeframe
- Monitor progress at the construction site to meet the target of every stage of completion of the installation works.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.
Candidate Requirements :- Ideal candidate must be familiar with construction material, equipment, machineries, etc. and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Strong organization and problem solving skills.
- Self motivated, possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office/Word/Excel/Power and Auto Cad
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Willing to travel, preferably possess own transport

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM2,500.00 per month
