Responsibilities: Scheduling work shifts and assigning tasks to laborers based on project requirements and labor availability
- Managing employees time sheets to ensure that workers are compensated fairly for their labor
Address discipline issues regarding work punctuality.- Preparing reports about work schedules, payroll, and other administrative tasks related to managing a team of laborers
Support Yard Investments, service and supply- Managing inventory of materials and supplies used for projects to ensure that adequate inventories are maintained at all times.
Supervise all yard activities, which includes loading and offloading units, yard maintenance, equipment operation- Liaising with the maintenance team, to ensure the yards and equipment are well-maintained, serviced and in good order.
Any other tasks as assigned
Candidates must possess at least 2 years (s) of supervising or leading foreign workers experience.
- Required Skill: Microsoft Word, Excel, basic skills in Fusion 360
Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have the ability to work under limited supervision.
- Basic hands-on knowledge in steel fabrication.
Basic hands-on knowledge in electrical systems.

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM3,500.00 per month
