Job Description:- Assisting the Contract Manager in ensuring compliance with timelines for payments issue of variations and analysis of claims.
Prepare contractual claims that may arise and negotiate an acceptable settlement.- Diligently manage the projects budget and establish suitable control measures.
Responsible to prepare Variation Orders and carry out pricing valuation.
- Prepare claim reports and other relevant reports.
Check and review requests for payments - Prepare Payment Certificates.- Make site visits to verify requests for payments.
Ensure compliance with timelines set for payment issue of variations etc.
- Measures of all elements of the project works and agree them with clients Quantity Surveyor on an ongoing basis.
Provide cost and contractual advice to project and site team.- Assisting Project Manager for drafting letter to client on the contract and claim issues.
Minimum 5 years of experience and experience to work in high rise type of project site in Sri Iskandar, Perak.
- Willing to work 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday)
Familiar with ERP system is an added advantage.
