Responsibilities:- Plan, control and manage all site activities.
To monitor sub-contractors works on site- work sequence, method of construction, and quality control.- Carry out calculation of quantity based on construction drawing, daily site co-ordination with sub-construction for any new workers, logistics, and daily site report.
To planning, leading, monitoring and controlling projects with the support and co-operation with team members.
- Documenting and co-coordinating process towards continuous improvement in project management activities and processes.
Implement safety measures at site.
- Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or Building relates discipline.
At least 5 years experience in Building Construction Management.- Able to write and command in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to converse in Mandarin.
Experience in dealing with Clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, local Authorities and able to chair site meetings.
- Possess good leadership, strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to plan and work independently.
