Job Description

Job Responsibility

Managing daily activity in works closely with the Main Contractor and workers.
Attends site meeting and site inspection and fulfilled site document.
Supervise team works safety requirement document and submit report.
Determines the direction of the projects are follows company target and completed on time.
Develop a platform for team to report and monitor the platform in accessing the information to work progress, project status & delay.
Controlling materials deliveries, labour cost, work overtime, purchasing of PPE and site expenses.

Job Requirements

Candidate must process at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Degree.
At least 3-4 years experience in related field.
Good reputation in working performance and highly skilled in project management, team management and problem solving.
Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
