Prepare and submit regular reports on maintenance activities, equipment status, and any significant issues.- Oversee routine maintenance and repair activities for the site, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and other building infrastructure.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure regular upkeep of equipment and facilities.
- Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues to minimize downtime.
Supervise and provide direction to the maintenance team, including assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring quality work.- Coordinate with contractors and external service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Maintain records of safety checks, equipment maintenance, and any incidents or accidents.- Monitor and control maintenance-related expenses, working within the allocated budget.
Source and procure necessary materials and equipment for maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and maintenance schedules.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures and malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.- Coordinate with other departments to address and resolve maintenance-related issues that impact operations.
Be available to attend to any emergency cases during on-call duty, including nights and weekends.
