Job Description

Job Responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Coordination and supervision of workers & subcontractor
  • Organizing and manage the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project
  • Responsible for maintaining safety and quality controls
  • Arrange jobs, receiving & giving instructions, pick up delivery
  • Project units daily and weekly reporting
  • Ensure the site is ready prior to start the renovation.
  • Unit key management
  • Material and tools management
  • Meet deadline of the renovation
  • Fetch workers or tools to/from on-going projects
  • Record attendance of workers

Job Requirements

  • Nationality: Malaysian
  • Own Transport (Car) D license
  • with at least 2 year experience in renovation
  • Integrity, Self-Discipline and Responsibility
  • Basic Communication in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Young, willing to learn and punctuality
  • Can work under pressure, multi-tasking
