1 Planning of Work Schedule (including the required materials). To arrange and update all construction drawings in a proper manner at the site office and liaise closely with the Project Manager / Contract Manager / QA/QC Manager for any updating drawings.
2 Review and check all construction drawings issued to the site and highlight any of the following via Request for Information.
3 Compile all Delivery Orders (DO) of all materials delivered to site.
4 Check every DO and confirm all the following data are in order:
- 3 Specification of the Material
- 4 Quantity and Quality of Material Delivered
5 Prepare monthly material scheduling to the Purchasing Department for ordering purposed via the Material Requisition Form.
6 To reject any delivery of material if any incorrect data on the D.O.s and invoices are observed, record in the Material Received Checklist and submit to HQ.
7 Planning of Work Schedule (including the required materials) fortnightly, monthly and monitoring daily site progress.
8 Lead and arrange all site supervisors daily activities.
9 Reporting site progress or stage completion to the Project Manager.
10 Ensure all documents at the site office are filled in a proper manner.
11 Liaise with Clients representative (COW), nominated sub-contractor or domestic sub-contractor on related site activities.
12 Supervise and monitor sub-Contractors on works and quality control.
13 Ensure all machineries on site are used in a proper manner and ensure optimum usage.
14 Ensure proper labour and material control.
15 To coordinate and consult the construction team by providing related corrective solutions to be taken when safety issue occurs.
16 To comply with legal and other requirement applicable to the organization and projects.
17 To ensure the Integrated Management Systems procedures are implemented.
