Responsible to assist the Project Manager in all projects undertaken by the Group- Responsible to monitor/supervise all site activities to achieve improved performance and effective construction activities including related technical activities
To ensure the projects are completed successfully, on time and in a cost effective and professional manner with the quality of products completed assured
- Responsible for site operations activities which includes engineering, building and quality control
To ensure all volume/quantity of work being done at site are duly verified and readily available for submission of claims- To prepare and submit monthly progress report to clients
To works closely with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor at all times
- To lead, supervise and coordinate with the client in the implementations and successful completion of the project
To carry out any other task as required in the documented procedure of the Company Standard Operating Procedures Process Flows
