To plan, organize, implement and monitor assigned project at site.
Communicate with client or project consultant for project activities.
Coordinate project activities to ensure all tasks are completed follow with project schedule.
Managing and monitor on-site workers in ensuring their safety, discipline and attendance and working hour.
Ensure day-to-day operations on site, and serve as a liaison between on-site workers, contractor, client, effective communication and resolving issue may arise.
Prepare and generate progression reports for management review.
Job Requirements
Minimum at least SPM/STPM/Diploma or Equivalent.
Minumum 1 year working experience in related field.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidates must possess own transport willing to travel.
Experience in the construction industry and on-site experience is preferred.
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Strong initiative, able to work independently and resilient to pressure.
