Responsibility:- Maintain and organize construction documents, such as drawings, permit, and reports.
Facilitate effective communication between construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.- Maintain accurate records of meetings, correspondence, and project-related information
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointment, and project-related activities
- Enter and update project-related data in the construction management system or spreadsheets
Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring availability for smooth operations- Prepare regular reports on office activities, project progress, and document tracking
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as word processing and spreadsheet software- Good verbal and written communication in English and local languages
Ability to organize documents and maintain an orderly office environment
