Oversee project documentation, facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, and enforce quality control, maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to regulatory requirements, and achieving project goals within specified timelines and budgets.
Maintain files (both paper and electronic) and databases, oversee document control, and manage record-keeping.- Update and maintain distribution lists, ensuring proper documentation of project-related activities, correspondence, and compilation of relevant statistics.

Ensure the smooth flow of information between the construction site and the main office.

Maintain R.F.I. and V.O records.- Conduct quality control on all delivered materials, ensuring compliance with specifications and maintaining proper records.
Compile lists of unsatisfactory/defective works (Non-Conformance Report) for transmission to the Project Manager and/or Resident Engineer, directing onward action by the Contractor.
- Maintain and update records of unsatisfactory/defective works (Non-Conformance Report) and follow up until rectification works are satisfactorily completed.
Receive instructions from Consultants and, upon approval from the Project Manager and/or Engineer, act immediately and accordingly.- Compile a comprehensive Schedule of Defects before the practical completion of the project.
Monitor and inspect all items in the Schedule of Defects to ensure satisfactory compliance by the Contractor.
- Maintain and organize construction documents, including drawings, permits, and reports.
Facilitate effective communication between construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and project-related activities.
Update project-related data in the construction management system or spreadsheets.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress and document tracking.
- SALARY NEGOTIATION depending on level of education, competency, years of experience and personal capabilities.
Minimum Diploma or SPM or Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Architecture from a recognised technical institution.- Minimum of 2 years working experience in supervision of construction works.
Competent in preparing inspection reports, site instructions and sketch details.
- Ability to coordinate and work with other members of site supervisory team.
Able to read drawings and proficient in AUTOCAD.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good knowledge in construction, renovation flow, monitoring, and assessment of contractors method of work.
- Strong knowledge in local approval and authorities procedures.
Good knowledge in civil and structural construction.- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as word processing and spreadsheet software.
Good verbal and written communication in English and local languages.
- Ability to organize documents and maintain an orderly office environment.
Priority will be given to candidates who can be available for an immediate start.
