Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities:
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the property development system.
Managing of incoming and outgoing correspondence.- Attend to incoming calls and inquiries.
To provide administrative assistance to superiors.
- To compile daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Filling of documents in an ordering and systematic manner to facilitate quick retrieval of documents.- To undertake other related duties as assigned from time to time.
To keep and update defect rectification report/complaints.
- To liaise with SYABAS and TNB on the application of meter.
Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.- To assist site implementation in Health, Safety and Environmental management system.
To ensure conformance of the Integrated Management System to the ISO standard.
- Experience with site admin task.
Experience with ISO documentation.
- Able to work in M Senyum @ Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi.
Able to work - 5 days.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
