Handle incoming / outgoing mails / correspondence.- Manage filing system and logs.
Arrange for the prompt delivery of document required to be sent back to head office.
- Compile, maintain and update telephone directory of numbers / addresses, documents viz.
Update the bulletin board by posting and removing of outdated materials.- Ensures the office and meeting rooms are kept clean at all times.
Answer phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Maintain and update materials stock record card.
Compile and summarize all verified copies of D.O and send original back to head office.- Control / requisition of site office stationaries.
Maintain and update site staff personal records leaves, MC, etc.
- Provide support to the Quality Management System (QMS) for its effectiveness.
Any other duties assigned by Project Manager / Construction Manager from time to time.

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM2,500.00 per month
