Siebel Developer with Assignment Manager Experience
We are seeking an experienced Siebel Developer with a strong background in Siebel Assignment Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Siebel CRM solutions that leverage Assignment Manager to automate the assignment of records to users or positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements to design optimal Assignment Manager configurations
Configure Assignment Manager rules, criteria, and methods to automatically assign records based on specified conditions
Develop custom Assignment Manager plug-ins and scripts to extend the functionality of out-of-the-box assignment logic
Integrate Assignment Manager with other Siebel modules such as Workflow, EAI, and Business Services
Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure proper functioning of Assignment Manager configurations
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for Assignment Manager-related issues
Document all Assignment Manager configurations and customizations as part of the change control process
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Siebel Developer
Proven track record of successfully implementing Siebel Assignment Manager in complex enterprise environments
Extensive knowledge of Siebel architecture, data model, and configuration tools
Proficient in developing and customizing Siebel Workflows, Business Services, and Scripts
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience with Siebel integration technologies such as EAI, Web Services, and Enterprise Integration Managers (EIM)
