Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Host live sessions on Shopee and TikTok to promote and sell our product lineup.
  • Engage with audiences in a fun and informative way, driving interaction and boosting sales.
  • Showcase products in an appealing and detailed manner during live sessions.
  • Provide real-time customer support by responding to questions and fostering a positive viewer experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and enhance live streaming effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze live session metrics to optimize future performance.
  • Record engaging product-focused video content for use on social media and other marketing channels.
  • Assist with fulfillment tasks and any ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Minimum education: SPM and above.
  • Skills required: Live Hosting Experience, Communication & Engaging Personality.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Energetic, charismatic, and comfortable on camera.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and connect with a diverse online audience.
  • Excellent sales and persuasion abilities.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends.
