Responsible for overall management of outlet, which are inclusive of but not limited to sales strategies, stock movement, cash handling, merchandizing and staff development as outlined in our Retail Operation Standard Operating Procedure- Responsible for training and coaching subordinates and/or new staffs, such as selling skills, product knowledge, documentation, and administration
Responsible for execution and enforcement of all policies and procedures stated in the operation manual
- Responsible for stock inventory control
Responsible for execution of nationwide promotional activities and implementation of localize promotion- Responsible for the daily sales collection and bank-in
Responsible for handling complaints and feedback from customer and team
- To serve customers and promote our products and services
To source and recruit subordinate & manage the outlet shift schedule
