Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To oversee stores and responsible for the district performance to meet district KPIs and operational standards.
  • Providing support and guidance to all Managers and crew on operations strategies to improve performance.
  • Recruiting and managing the staff.
  • Perform hands-on operations work and handle the administrative responsibilities
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging knowledge related to Food & Beverage industry and project management.
  • Handles ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements

  • Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Energetic and Can-do attitude
  • Travelling required
