Responsibilities: Overseeing the daily operations of the shipyard including construction, repair and maintenance activities.
Apply knowledge of marine engineering principles as applicable to vessel design, new construction and repairs of ships and ships system.
Directs and coordinates shipyard operations within company policies and procedures.
Promote a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional development and employee engagement.
Tertiary Qualification in Engineering.
Minimum 5 years experience in managerial role in a shipyard environment (for oil and gas-related ship repair and shipbuilding).
