Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to in-coming and out-going order processing and shipping documentation, including generating a complete flow of work in the export and/or import documentations.
- Able to discern the criticality of shipping issues and escalate as necessary.
- Support any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in the related job field.
- Good knowledge in Letter of Credit and UCP 600 terms.
- Apply full understanding on PORAM/MEOMA, FOSFA, GAFTA contract terms and procedure to effectively execute contract performance.
- Familiar with handling of palm oil Marine Insurance claims and vessel demurrage calculation.
- Prefer 2 - 3 years experience in handling bulk oil export. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Strong initiative with an ability to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Pro-active, team player and Meticulous.
