Job Description

KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling import & export air-freights, sea-freights and local transport delivery

Ensure shipping documentations (BL, airway bills, proforma invoices, K1, K2, etc.) are complete and on time for shipment.

Liaise with forwarder on import & export permit declarations.

Liaise with Sales dept. and Warehouse and external freight forwarder to ensure smooth and on time shipping.

Liaise with Sales dept. and Finance for credit limit check before shipment and delivery.

Liaise with Malaysia Custom and relevant parties

Prepare monthly sales reports

Handling product classification applications

To work closely with head office shipping team on intercompany shipment

To work with forwarder and to provide freight cost estimate for costing

Any ad hoc job assigned by the Superior
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Diploma in Relevant Field (Shipping Documentation)

SPM and above

At least 2 years working experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:
Day shift

Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:

13th month salary

Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
IT: 2 years (Preferred)
