Job Descriptions:- Ensure accurately preparation of shipping document and meet customers need and requirement.
Monitor the production-delivery process that includes delivery planning & fulfilment in meeting delivery schedule.- Coordinate and arrange required add-on services during post-distribution period based on established guidelines and procedures.
Monitor and track all delivery status/changes and communicate the status to all relevant parties.
- Liaise with forwarder on custom clearance
Ensure freight forwarder perform custom clearance as per requirement- Prepare full set of shipping documents to customer correctly and accurately
Prepare full set of shipping documents for presentation to bank or customer accordingly to agreed payments terms.
- Check and ensure custom form are correctly declared and completely returned
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Logistics / International Business or equivalent
