Job Responsibilities:- Involve in developing, implementing, and evaluating supply chain plans, work processes, systems, and procedures to achieve company goals and objectives.
In charge of the company's material purchasing, warehousing, and logistic activities to meet customer order deliveries.- Understand the needs of the business and incorporate processes or ways of working to support initiatives.
Track purchase orders, monitor vendor quality and performance, and maintain a current database of vendor information.
- Prepare and review shipping and customs documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
Coordinate with the forwarder and warehouse for timely clearance, shipment, and delivery.- Monitor any damage/storage demurrage and reduce any extra expenses on incoming container shipments.
Liaise with the regulatory department for government agencies requirements.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payment.
Perform GRN on all incoming containers upon confirmation from the receiving party.- Ensure proper and traceable filing systems for audit purposes.
Negotiate with vendors and carriers for competitive pricing and services.
- Process and manage customer orders and inter-warehouse transfers to ensure accurate data is maintained.
Reconcile and monitor stock levels and resolve any discrepancies. ,

Possesses
Diploma and above.
- Experienced in Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or equivalent.- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in warehouse management, preferably in the logistics or manufacturing industry.
Computer literate (Excel, words, PowerPoint and etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem solver and planner with organizational and analytical ability.
