Job Responsibility
1. Operate various lifting equipment, such as cantilever cranes and bridge cranes, to perform loading, unloading, and material handling tasks.
- Adhere to the company's and industrys safety operating procedures and standards to ensure safety and efficiency during operations.
- Conduct daily inspections, maintenance, and servicing of lifting equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition.
- Execute lifting tasks according to production plans and scheduling arrangements to ensure timely supply and handling of materials.
- Record relevant data and logs of lifting operations, such as weight, movement distance, and operation time.
- Promptly report equipment failures or abnormalities and assist in resolving issues encountered during work.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with other departments or teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Continuously optimize operating techniques and working methods to improve the efficiency and quality of lifting operations.
Job Requirements
1. Relevant educational cert., such as a technical school certificate.
- Over 3 years of work experience with in-depth industry knowledge and professional skills.
- Deep understanding of complex operations and technical requirements within the industry, with the ability to solve complex problems and handle emergencies.
- Possess team management and leadership abilities, capable of guiding and training subordinates.
- Ability to develop and implement project plans.
- Must hold relevant advanced certifications or qualifications.
