Ensure all manufacturing goes smoothly and efficiently for Sheet Metal Department.- Provides all sheet metal technical solutions to FA parts and existing MP running parts (Stamping, Bending & Lser Cut).
Establish WI and SOP accordance to ISO Procedures and Customer Requirements.
- Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output.
Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.- Maintaining communication between employees and senior excecutives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood.
Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility.
- Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team.
Any other task assigned by the superior from time to time.
