Job Description
To develop and provide comprehensive Sales and SFE analytic tools and reports to drive business impact.
To manage and coordinate training and implementation of SFE tools/reports and oversee the maintenance of Veeva CRM database to support sales force effectiveness in visiting the right customers at the right call frequency.
To manage and coordinate training and implementation of sales analytic tools/reports to enhance quality of business insights through Connect Dashboards (PowerBI) to support sales force in driving business growth.
To support effective sales targeting and sales incentive process and payout calculations.
To support sales forecasting process, develop and implementation of forecasting tools.
Provide insightful and valuable information to sales and marketing team to drive business impact.
Ensure accurate Distributor sales data extraction, upload to Connect PowerBI database to support effective dashboards providing high quality business insights on the overall business right through to customer accounts.
System Admin for Distributor Sales, Veeva CRM and Connect databases.
Ensure right Segmentation & Targeting (S&T), accurate call and customer database to provide quality reports to guide Sales force efforts and Sales Manager coaching effectiveness.
Support Account management on Veeva and system training for users.
Support Connect management, Cube report generation and training to users.
Drive marketing and sales alignment through key message response analysis.
Coordinate sales force strategies and structure through resource allocation, territory design, segmentation tools and support on-going S&T analysis.
Lead the sales incentive structure and analysis and effective payout v.s. performance, rewards & recognition.
Organize sales processes and analysis reports to improve sales target setting and support Marketing team with forecasting accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree
3-5 work years in pharmaceutical market, especially in sales/ sales force effectiveness / commercial excellence and demonstrated experience in the following key areas:
System Analyst
Data Management
Business Analysis and Reporting
Project management and distribution channel knowledge
Data Science
