Servicenow Developer

Qualification/ Experience:
3-5 years of experience with servicenow development
Min 5 years of experience in IT service management preferably in Finance Institution, Insurance industry, IT shared Services or consulting firms.

Key Performance:
Drive servicenow related changes with a high rate of successful.
Ensure compliance with standards, procedures and process.
Establishment of measurements and targets to improve process effectiveness and efficiency.
support projects and efforts that have a broad impact across the organisation related to service management implementation.

Key Accountabilities:
Develop and implement new servicenow applications and integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to the customer requirements.
Develop workflow and scripts to personalize existing servicenow applications and automate and improve business process.
Develop clear and concise technical & process documentation
Understand detail requirements and own your code from design, Implementation and test.

Certification:
ITIL V3/V4.
CSA(Servicenow system Admin)
CAD(Servicenow Application Developer)
CIS- Certified Implementation specialist - ITSM
Knowledge & Technical skills:
Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of ServiceNow platform(ITSM, CSM,ITOM,Secops)
