Service Technician

Responsibilities:

• To perform calibration, testing and repair as assigned in Lab or customer site.

To communicate with customers pertaining to issues on calibration, repair and service.

• Abide to ESL and laboratorys rules and regulation.

Operate and maintain calibration Equipment according to Equipment Manual, Equipment Procedure and Calibration Procedure.

• Participate in training and competency program arranged by Laboratory management.

Cooperate with Laboratory Supervisor in the implementation of LMS and ISO/IEC

• Assist in the implementation of internal and external audits.

Adhere to good professional practices at all times.

• Assist the LS, DTM and TM in ensuring the calibration equipment in the lab are property maintained, valid calibration and fit for intended purposes.

• Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

At least 0-1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Experience in servicing electronic and laboratory equipment is an added advantage.

Candidate must possess good working attitude, interpersonal, decision making and problem solving skill.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
