Job Description

1. Provide presentation to client.
2. Prepare Costing and acquire few quotations from Sub-Cons for costing purpose.
3. Attend to site visits and raise PR/SR for work related.
4. Coordinate with sub-con / technicians on repair work arrangement.
5. Monitor arrival of spare parts and source for spare parts when emergency.
6. Ensure DO being signed & acknowledged by client and follow up payment after invoice.
7. Attend client meetings and liaise with operation officers to chase for payment for overdue claims.
8. Send reminder and take proper action. and to highlight to HQ on problematic paymaster.
9. Assist Service Sales Manager for maintenance contract renewal and to prevent loss units.
10. Conduct site assessment for Recovery Opportunity and perform customer visitation.
11. Handle customer complaint. and do regular contact with customers.
12. Attending meeting and attending customer personal function.
13. Letter corresponding and arrange necessary training.
14. Monitoring technician to liaise with sub con.
15. Arrange function/gathering, attending employee personal function and attending employee sport activities.
16. Employee visitation at any time and attend employee counseling.
17. Meeting with indirect employee and involve in Employee care program.
18. Perform Safety Walk and perform 5 minutes tool box.
19. Does motorbike Inspection and handle equipment operating according to regulation.
20. Site inspection and audit.
21. Always check SRM policy & EI business process.
22. Always check with HR when dealing something against COC.

Key Requirements

• Possesses Bachelor's Degree in business administrative or equivalent.
• Has 2-3 years experience in Lift/Esc Service Sales business.
• People and Customer Orientation.
• Has analytical thinking and achievement/target orientated person.
