Service Engineer

Key Duties:

The Field Service Engineer is responsible to provide timely and proper technical service support to Rieckermann Global customers. This includes installations, reinstallations and preventive maintenance for conventional machines.

• Technical Service - Provide installation, maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and solutions for customers.
• Reporting - Ensure accurate reporting concerning operations and services
• Spare Parts - Recommend spare parts to customers
• Customer Relationship - Develop, establish, and maintain long-term, positive relationships with customers

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• University degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic engineering, or equivalent
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, dynamic, and high sense of responsibility.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Able to work self-reliantly.
• Team and disciplined working spirits.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Very good written and verbal English skills.
• Readiness to travel frequently international and on short notice.
