Job Title : Service Desk Japanese Speaking

Skills : Proficient in speaking, reading & writing in Japanese. Experience in IT support.
Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
1. Must have good working knowledge of Windows 7/10 and related Office applications (MS Office 2010, 2016, 2019, O365, Windows 7, 10).
2. Working knowledge of current and legacy hardware platforms. Experience with building, configuring, replacing and troubleshooting PC and laptop hardware components (CRUs).
3. Must have experience of ITSM Ticket Handling system.
4. Knowledge of common hardware (Printers, Desktop/Notebooks, iPads, iPhone, IP Phones, MacBook)
5. Applications: Active Directory, Intune, VPN
6. Asset Management Activities including Stock Room Maintenance
7. Support of external employees/suppliers, coordination of appointments repairs on Notebooks, Addition of RAM, HDD, Keyboard exchange etc. and vendor coordination for Display, Motherboard or any other FRU Exchange
8. Knowledge of mobile device management, in particular iPhones/iPads Good to have
9. Client support User management
10. Good communication skill in Japanese & English
Qualifications / Experience :
1. Min 3 years of experience as Service Desk supporting Japan Market
2. Excellent communication skills in speaking, reading & writing in Japanese language
3. Open to work in office
