Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To greet our customers with a warm, friendly manner and take orders accurately
  • Prepare food and drinks as per customer's order
  • Handle transactions using the POS system
  • Keep the place clean and tidy, from the kitchen to the restroom.
  • Monitor stock levels while ensuring IT is stored safely and organized
  • Receive any goods or deliveries from suppliers
  • To follow healthy and safety standards and report any misconduct to store manager
  • To perform ad-hoc duties as required for the store

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must be able to work on public holidays and weekends
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
  • Good personal hygiene
  • Able to work well in a team
