Job Responsibility
- Responsible for providing outstanding customer service that meets or exceeds guest expectations.
- Checks to ensure that all display cakes are attractively as per quality standards.
- Prepare, package, weigh, and price bakery products for sale.
- Monitor product quality and freshness and ensure proper rotation of product.
- Follow department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking of product.
- Keeps display equipment, floors and counters clean and free of debris.
- Cleans equipment thoroughly and promptly as necessary or assigned.
- Cleans work station thoroughly before leaving area for other assignment or going home.
- Maintain accurate department signage and pricing.
- Maintain and monitor the use of temperature, production, spoilage, and department transfer logs.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.
Job Requirements
We are looking for Full Timer Staff for Setia City Mall shop. You can get not only Japanese products knowledge but also Japanese service and management skills.

- Experience: Service Crew: 1 year (Preferred)
- Training provided
- Languages : Bahasa Malaysia, English OR other languages is added advantage
