Explaining different menu items and offering recommendations
Answering any questions about the ingredients of a dish on the menu
Taking orders from customers
Check the accuracy of each tables order before presented to the customer
Serving food and beverages to customers
Timing different dishes effectively to maximize the dining experience
Presenting the final bill to customers for payment
Thanking guests and conveying gratitude while they are exiting
Clearing and cleaning of dining table after customers leaving restaurant
Addressing any customers complaints or requests
Managing customer reservations and seating
Responsible for dining table setting
Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils
Inspecting the hygiene and cleanliness of restaurant premises
Collecting customer feedback for improvement
To ensure full compliance on company SOPs.
Ensures the cleanliness of work and preparation areas at all times.
Serves customers in the most efficient manner
Prepares the food of customers following the strictest Food, Service, Quality and Cleanliness standards
- Preferred Qualifications:-
SPM and above
Permanent full time with flexibility of working 6 days/week (Rolling Shift)
Availability to work on weekends & public holidays
Previous working experience in F&B industry is a plus, but not necessary.
Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong teamwork spirit in problem solving capability
On the job training will be provided
Preferable female candidates

Pay: RM2,
- 00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Supplemental Pay: - Overtime pay
