- Job Description: As a member of the Service Crew, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the dining area.- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
Provide information about menu items and make recommendations when necessary.
- Assist with the preparation of dining areas and stocking of supplies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Previous experience in a similar role in the F&B industry- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
