Job Title: Cafe Service Crew

Job Summary:

As a Cafe Crew Member, you will be an integral part of our cafe team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of daily cafe activities. Your primary duties will include taking customer orders, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cafe area, and assisting with various tasks to ensure a positive experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing our point-of-sale system.
  • Prepare a variety of food and beverage items, following standardized recipes and quality standards.
Operate coffee machines, blenders, grills, and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring orders are correct and presented attractively.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cafe area, including cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and utensils.
  • Monitor and restock inventory of food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
Follow proper food safety procedures to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up and breaking down equipment, cleaning, and restocking.
Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints professionally and promptly, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations during busy periods.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM3,500.00 per month
