Job Title: Restaurant Service Crew Job Overview:
The Restaurant Service Crew plays a dual role in our establishment, providing excellent customer service both at the front of the house and in the dining area. This position is responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservation & walking guest, along with, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is personable, attentive, and committed to delivering a high-quality dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and depart.
Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently, ensuring optimal seating arrangements.- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
Maintain a clean and organized host area.
- Answer phone calls and address inquiries or reservations.
Coordinate with the kitchen and wait staff to manage guest flow and dining room capacity.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
Restaurant / bistro experience is a plus
- Proven experience as a host, server, or similar customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
