- Customer Service: Interacting with customers in a friendly and helpful manner is crucial. You will be responsible for taking orders, answering customer inquiries, and providing recommendations about the dessert menu.
Order Taking: Accurately recording customer orders, whether it's for dine-in or takeaway, and entering them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.- Food Preparation: You will be involved in preparing or assembling desserts. You are also expected to present the desserts attractively and in accordance with the company's standards. This includes maintaining cleanliness and neatness in the dessert display area.
Shift Opening/Closing: Participating in opening and closing duties, such as setting up the dessert station, ensuring all equipment is functional, and securing the premises at the end of the day.
