- Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers in making menu selections and provide information about the products or services offered.- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Order Processing:
- Input and process customer orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Ensure accuracy in order details and communicate special requests to the kitchen or relevant departments.- Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
- Table Maintenance:
- Set up and clean dining areas before and after service.
Clear tables of used dishes, utensils, and glassware promptly.
- Ensure tables are properly set with clean utensils, napkins, and condiments.
- Hygiene and Sanitation:
- Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards in handling food and beverages.
Follow proper cleaning procedures for dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.- Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with company policies.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other members of the service and kitchen teams.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service.
- Assist in other areas of the establishment as needed.
- Cash Handling:
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Process payments using cash registers or electronic payment systems.- Provide customers with receipts and ensure correct change is given.
