Service Coordinator

Company :

• To provide routine clerical service and support function to the department operation including typing.
• To open work order and prepare pocket filing (J26, P68 &L88).
• To file the following jobs supporting documents such as Time Cards, LPO, Job Acceptance Forms, Customer Purchase Orderetc.
• To run Job Closing Summary and Proforma invoice from CDIS to service head to check through.
• To invoice Service Job for J26, P68 & L88.
• To sort out invoices to respective customers and filing.
• To record weekly invoicing and WIP Ageing Report.
• To file/keep all correspondence for Service head.
• To type letter, Service Monthly Report, Machine Inspection Report etc for service head.
• To close Service Work Order and prepare for invoicing.
• To write sim, warranty claim and do warranty invoicing, prepare machine delivery document.
• To generate quotation,open jobs, closing jobs, invoicing, sorting out invoices to respective customers and filing.
• To execute all procurement related activities in compliance to Group Policies & Authorities (GPA), Group Procurement Policies and Authorities (GPPA) and also SD Industrial's procurement Standard Operating Procedures (Procurement SOPs).
• To prepare & tidy SOS sampling from customer delivery to HO for analysis and record.
• Carryout other general service jobs as assigned by Superior from time to time.
