Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Consultant at Believe Fitness in Cheras. As a Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and consulting members on their fitness goals. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing member needs, effective communication, and delivering personalized service to enhance the member experience.
