Job Description

Greet and escort customers to their tables.
  • Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g, about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).
Prepare tables by setting up silverware.
  • Inform customers about the days specials.
Offer menu recommendations upon request.
  • Up-sell additional products when appropriate.
Take accurate food and drinks orders order slips.
  • Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff.
Collects food orders from the kitchen, verifies that they are correct, and serves them to customers.
  • Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
Communicate with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction.
  • Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
  • Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning.
  • Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g., parties).
Follow all relevant health department regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests.
Responsible for keeping the floor area neat. They need to mop and sweep the floor.
  • Keep everything in kitchen areas clean and sanitized. They wash the tables, utensils, cabinets and other equipments in the kitchen that are used for food preparation.
Get rid of the trash on a regular basis AND replace garbage bags after the garbage is thrown and wash it too to make it clean and free from odor.
  • Assist in food preparation.
Assist the other kitchen staff in unloading shipment of foods and supplies that are needed in the kitchen.
  • Kept everything in the kitchen in order which is needed to pile the pans, pots and other kitchen utensils properly for ease in cooking
Any related task given by superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,200.00 per month

  • TTDI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
