Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information.
Achieve enhanced customer satisfaction through careful listening to customer's request, obtaining approval for additional jobs and provide detail explanation of repair orders.
Estimates cost and completion time/settles customer accounts.
Ensure vehicles are ready within promised time.
Carry out optimum quality check on all vehicles before delivery back to customer.
Responsible for the effective participation on special service campaigns, fix-it-right program, follow-up, parts back orders and regular update on major jobs.
Carry yourself with tidy grooming & professional appearance.
Perform any additional ad hoc tasks that assign by management/superior.
Requirements
A minimum qualification of SKM ll or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Salary will be commensurate with working experience/qualification.
Strong communication skills and have professional personal appearance.
Team player with initiative and positive attitude toward learning.
Possess own transportation and own valid D driving license.
Good command in written & spoken of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to commute daily to workplace at Telok Panglima Garang.
