Service advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and assistance with vehicle maintenance and repair needs. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, interpreting their concerns and requests, and coordinating with the service department to deliver timely and effective solutions.
Customer Service:- Greet customers and inquire about their vehicle service needs.
Listen to customer concerns, diagnose issues, and recommend appropriate services.- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance, explaining costs and timelines clearly.
Communicate updates and progress to customers throughout the service process.
Schedule service appointments and manage the service queue efficiently.- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
Order necessary parts and materials for vehicle repairs, ensuring availability and timely delivery.
- Prioritize workload and manage multiple service requests concurrently.

- Qualifications and Skills:
SKM Level 1,2,3, Diploma or equivalent in automotive.
- Fresh graduate are welcome.
Previous experience in automotive service, customer service, or related fields preferred.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer applications and software used in service departments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure situations calmly.- Knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
Customer-focused attitude and dedication to providing exceptional service.
