Responsibilities :
- Primary point-of-contact for all body & paint repair matters, arrange for appropriate repairs, and set/manage expectations of the customers in terms of service delivery
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Automotive or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of working experience within the automotive industry- Strong technical knowledge
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience
